Please have the documentation and information below ready before you register for a course at English in York.

We collect this information to help us provide the highest level of care and service to our students at English in York, and we appreciate your support with this.

1. If you are registering yourself as an adult (18 or above), you will need:

• a scan of your passport photograph page to upload;
• a scan of your signature to upload.

You will also have to provide two emergency contacts names, telephone numbers and emails. Please have these details ready before you begin booking.

2. If you are registering an under 18 as a parent or legal guardian, you will need:

• a scan of the student’s passport photograph page to upload;
• a scan of the student’s signature to upload;
• a scan of your signature to upload.

You will also have to provide your details as an emergency contact and the name, telephone number and email of a second emergency contact who can be contacted if you are not available. Please have these details ready before you begin booking.
